Service Policies

Appointments & Consultations;

• All paid appointments are charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance using the scheduling link provided.

• Late cancellations (within 24 hours) or missed appointments are non-refundable. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shortened or considered a no-show.

• All consultations and appointments are educational and advisory in nature. They do not include representation, placement, approval decisions, negotiations, or guaranteed outcomes.

Free Calls;

• Free calls are limited in time and scope.

• Free calls are intended for confirmation and general next-step guidance only.

• Free calls do not include detailed consulting or advisory services.

• Additional support may require booking a paid consultation.

Digital Products;

• All digital products (including guides, checklists, templates, and bundles) are non-refundable once delivered.

• Digital products are provided for educational purposes only and do not guarantee outcomes or results.

Service Scope & Pricing;

• Pricing for services varies based on scope and is discussed prior to engagement.

• Quoted fees apply only to the services outlined and do not include additional work unless agreed upon in writing.

Licensed real estate services, when applicable, are provided separately through an affiliated brokerage under a written agreement.

Exceptions;

• Refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion in cases of technical issues, duplicate charges, or scheduling errors on our end.
